Automatic fire protection system of a wind generator
The purpose of installing an automatic fire protection system for wind turbines is to prevent and reduce fire hazards, protect personal and property safety, and improve the fire prevention capabilities of wind turbines. The fire protection system is composed of linkage fire alarm controller, fire detector, manual fire alarm button, fire sound and light alarm, manual start and stop button, fire extinguishing device and monitoring system. Among them, the fire detector should be composed of smoke detector, temperature detector, flame detector, temperature measuring electrical fire detector and carbon monoxide fire detector. Installed in the nacelle, tower and hub of the wind turbine, it is a special fire protection system that can detect the early characteristics of a fire, send out a fire alarm signal and automatically activate the fire extinguishing equipment to prevent the fire from spreading. The system can realize remote measurement, remote control, remote alarm, remote data call and other functions through the monitoring software. The internal environment of its wind turbines is worse than ordinary environments in terms of vibration, electromagnetic interference, and temperature. In order to meet the requirements of the automatic fire protection system, our company adopts a strong anti-interference ability, stable and reliable optical fiber network as the information transmission medium, uses industrial Ethernet technology to transmit monitoring data, and adopts ring network technology to ensure the stability and reliability of the data. In the automatic fire system, we adopt a model EL248GST4MI 24 Port optical L3 managed Industrial switch as core switch and the EL42MGPI 4 Port L2 Managed Industrial PoE switch unit to form the Gigabit Fiber Link of the redundant self-healing network. Through the link, the management switch inside each of the typhoon is connected to the fire alarm controller and the video monitoring camera to transmit the data to the control center. Realize the remote images of remote monitoring of the control center remote monitoring, and further comprehensively realize the function of video surveillance and linkage alarm.
